As a Philadelphia wedding photographer, getting to capture your love story as wholeheartedly and authentically as possible is my goal. Many couples come to their engagement session nervous about the end results. However, my mission is to make this process as easy, seamless, and fun as possible with the end results that you will swoon over. The Barnes Foundation

It was evident ever since the first day I spoke with Haley and Kyle that their love story was pure bliss. They wanted their Philadelphia engagement photos to feel unique, romantic, candid and radiate the love that they have for one another. To start off, it was a beautiful Fall day in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While I have many engagement locations up my sleeve, we wanted something with history and beauty. In came The Barnes Foundation. The Barnes Foundation is an art institute here in Philadelphia that blends together modern art. It was here that we made our first stop to capture Haley and Kyle’s story.

Haley wore a beautiful cream-colored dress with lace floral detailing. Which paired beautifully with Kyle’s navy blue jacket and khaki pants. If you need one piece of advice about deciding what to wear to your engagement photos, make it this. Always compliment your outfits, never match.

Shortly after, it was time for a brief outfit change before making our way to the pièce de résistance, The Rodin Museum. The Rodin Museum first opened its doors back in 1929. Since then it has become one of Philadelphia’s most well-known art museums and was the perfect spot to bring Haley and Kyle for their engagement session. One of the most popular locations is one of the main entrances with a large iron gate. The Rodin Museum pulls a lot of its inspiration and architecture from French art and history, which is why its elegant and beautiful structure was the perfect backdrop for these Philadelphia engagement photos.
