I don’t think an engagement session could be more eventful than this one! Larissa, Josh and I had the greatest time during this Penn’s Landing Pier Engagement Session. Being near the water alone adds so much to any photoshoot, but it was the kindness of strangers that brought this engagement session to a whole new level! To start, though, Larissa and Josh were just the most adorable couple. Nothing but bright smiles and shining eyes from these two as well explored the area. I loved everything that the Penn’s Landing Pier had to offer. We even had the great idea to set up a little picnic in the grass – I love how you can see the city skyline behind these two in almost all the shots! It was hot out, but it was nothing a little red wine couldn’t fix up!

After spending some more time enjoying the sweet but simple architecture, we ventured into the city and stole some shots in front of city hall! These were some of my favorite photos from this shoot! Now here comes the absolute best part of the shoot; we ventured back down to Penn’s Landing for sunset. I was on a mission to get these two out in front of the water. So, we asked a few men out on their sailboat if we could stand by their dock for some shots. Not only did the kind gentlemen let us on the dock, but they all hopped down and let us board their boat for some photos. Um – wow?! We were so grateful and excited to be boarding a sailboat for some photos! Larissa and Josh totally rocked the shoot. The sailboat was the cutest – and kindest – addition to an already beautiful engagement session.
