Yes! And they're our favorite end to the wedding experience!! One of the best ways to make your wedding memories last is by ordering an album. These high quality professionally designed albums come in a variety of linen & leather colors. These aren’t the same albums your parents' wedding photos came in. They’re modern, lay perfectly flat and look incredible on a coffee table. AND we design it FOR you to streamline the process! You can make necessary edits to our online proof before it's ordered.
do you offer printed albums?
When Sarah is already booked for your wedding date or you'd like to explore a more budget-friendly option while achieving mher exact approach, editing style, and experience - this is where the SCP Associate team comes in!
From the time that you book up until your actual wedding day, communication will still be done through Sarah, but you are able to also discuss any questions that you have with your particular photographer! All images are still edited by Sarah in her signature style that you fell in love with! We would love to talk to you more about how this all works!
what does it mean to work with an associate?
Whenever you would like! We can shoot this immediately upon booking or if you're from out of town, we can schedule something closer to the wedding day. We typically like to book these sessions 1-3 months in advance, especially during peak seasons. Engagement sessions take place during the week due to busy wedding schedules.
WHEN SHOULD WE SCHEDULE OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a $2000 non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a proposal yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be split into 2 equal payments due 60 and 30 days before the wedding.
WE LOVE YOUR WORK AND WANT TO BOOK. WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
Absolutely! We love creating timelines with couples as early as our initial call. This helps us build you a wedding day that's set up for success from the start! About 3-4 months out from your wedding date, we will send your our detailed wedding day questionnaire to fill out. From here, we will work on your final timeline and shot list. This will get shared between us and you'll approve or make edits leading up to the big day!
will you help us create a photo timeline?
We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 60 mile radius from our home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details! We are happy to travel wherever is special to you!
WHEN DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES FOR WEDDINGS?
There's absolutely no need to be nervous - I'll coach you through every step of the way! The engagement session is a great opportunity to get to know each other and get comfortable in front of the camera. I’ll arrive on your wedding day already knowing how you two interact, what your best poses are and how to photograph you in a genuine way!
we're awkard in front of the camera, will you help us with posing?
Wedding galleries typically include anywhere between 800- 1000 images. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come to you in 4-6 weeks loaded with fully-edited high resolution images you can print anywhere (print release included). We also have a variety of options for printing and preserving your memories directly within your online gallery.
