Traveling all the way to Cape May, New Jersey, with Alice and Chris for their engagement session was an absolute blast! Alice and Chris are frequent beach goers and Cape May is their go to place. It’s really close to their heart and also where they got engaged! So of course, when they asked me if we could go there it was an automatic YES! There’s something so warm and authentic about this Cape May Winery Downtown Engagement Session. I loved the nostalgic feel of the light, and Alice’s outfit was so sweet and adorable.

We started off at the Cape May Winery, which is where Chris proposed! The stunning rows of vines created a backdrop of symmetry for us to wander through. With the beautiful golden light filtering through the trees like that? This Cape May Winery Downtown Engagement Session was absolutely perfect! Next up, we wandered over to Congress Hall, and as a result captured some moments there for a while. In addition, we ventured around the streets of downtown cape may, which were painted with fall decorations! Finally, we finished up with a beautiful sunset on the beach, which was a perfect culmination of a beautiful couple and a stunning beach engagement session!

I should also mention – today just so happens to be exactly ONE YEAR from Alice and Chris’ wedding date! Most of all, I just can’t wait to capture their big day at The William Penn Inn. Until then, enjoy some of my favorites!
