Bryn Athyn Cathedral Wedding | Bryn Athyn, Pa

Aziza and Chris had an intimate Mother’s day, Bryn Athyn Cathedral Wedding and it was everything and more! The Bryn Athyn Cathedral features so many gorgeous portrait locations on their property. Not to mention, the absolutely stunning cathedral. Aziza and Chris’ wedding was very small with only close family and friends, but that made it all the more special. They shared it with the people they truly love. They even paid tribute to their mothers with a surprise mother’s day toast with champagne. The moms were not expecting to get so much attention on their child’s special day, but it made for a beautiful moment.

After their ceremony, the couple was showered with rose petals on their way out of the cathedral to sign the guest book as brand new husband and wife. A little shower came through, but cleared up just in time for some beautiful family portraits with golden light. The bridal party had a ton of fun with their pictures. I think a few certain groomsmen had us all laughing the entire time! I loved the gorgeous purple and white flowers against the girl’s perfectly mismatched dresses. Everything came together amazingly.

When it came time for portraits of just the bride and groom, Aziza and Chris had no trouble shutting out the commotion of the rest of the world and enjoying their moments as husband and wife. They were like naturals in front of the camera- making my job too easy! There are so many gorgeous locations at Bryn Athyn Cathedral, I think I could have done portraits there all day long. In some portions of their gardens, I didn’t even feel like I was in Pennsylvania. It was too good to be true!
